Friday April 28th, 2006

Saturday. April 29th, 2006

- Breakfast

- 9.30 A.M. Departure from the hotel (Bus)

- 10.00 A.M. At the Burghof in Loerrach (Hebel-Room): "What has happened within the International Bollschweiler Family?" (Hanno Trurnit)
We line up for the big family picture

- 11.00 A.M. We walk to the famous Market Place of Loerrach, visit the market and a cuckoo clock store

- 12.00 A.M. Departure (Bus) from the Burghof for lunch at Kaltenbach-Stiftung at Stetten

- 2.00 P.M. Departure (Bus) for the 750 years old ruins of Roetteln Castle, one of the biggest castles in Southwest Germany, where the Nobles of Roetteln and the Margraves of Hachberg-Sausenberg resided and the Bollschweilers had to appear in court. The Group of Fred & Saskia Wehrle presents the costumes of the Markgraeflerland (Bollschweiler Country/South Baden)

- 4.00 P.M. Afternoon tea (or coffee or ...) at Roetteln Castle

- 5.00 P.M. Departure (Bus) for the hotel

- 6.30 P.M. Dinner at the hotel


Sunday, April 30th, 2006

- Breakfast

- 9.45 A.M. We take a lunch package at the hotel

- 10.00 A.M. Departure (Bus)

- 11.00 A.M. We visit the Ecomusée at Ensisheim near Mulhouse (Alsace) and learn how people lived at the borders of the Upper Rhine River
150 years ago, when Jakob Friedrich Bollschweiler left Langenau for Switzerland and the U. S.: old farm houses, cattle, horses, sheep etc., blacksmith, sawmill, shoemaker, carpenter, charcoal burning etc.
We walk in small groups through the village, have our lunch from the package at noon and just have a good time

- 4.00 P.M. Departure (Bus)

- 6.30 P.M. Dinner at the hotel


Monday, May 1st, 2006

- Breakfast

- 10.00 A.M. Departure from the hotel (bus)

- 10.30 A.M. We walk through Langenau/Schopfheim with the chairman of the village, Hans Weinbrechtinger (where Jakob Friedrich Bollschweiler was born, the ancestor of the big U. S. Bollschweiler family), and where the brickworks were situated, employer of the Bollschweilers who later emigrated to Heidelberg.

- 12.15 A.M. We visit Gersbach, the primordial cell of all Bollschweilers and Bushwallers and Bushwellers

- 1.00 A.M. Lunch at the Landhaus zur Muehle at Gersbach

- 2.30 P.M. Departure (Bus)

- 3.15 P.M. We visit Buerchau, where Maria Katharina Bollschweiler was born, ancestor of the Swiss Line of Karl Friedrich Bollschweiler who married five times. And we'll see Fritz Bollschweiler who owns the old mill of Buerchau.

- 4.30 P.M. We visit the 300 years old farm house in Luetschenbch, where Anna Maria Bollschweiler and her family lived and worked in the years after 1864, the daugther of the landlord of the "Lion" at Vogelbach (we visited in 2000), the ancestor of the Swiss Andermatt family. And she was the great grandmother of the today owner, Mr. Trefzer

- 5.30 P.M. Departure

- 7.00 P.M. Dinner
